Proposed site for Dapto Camera Club.

Below is what is needed to complete the website.......... At the moment the website can be viewed at
 http://www.jeffjgale.com/DCC/index.html

 
[1] Maybe a competitionis needed to find the 3 best photos [ 950px X 450px ] for front page. [ these need to be super shots as these show DCC to the world ] Copyright of these needs to be given over to DCC.

[2] Domain name, eg; daptocameraclub.com.au [Available @  $23.90AU for 2 years. [ sale at http://www,netregistry.com.au , normally $34.96AU for 2 years min ] daptocameraclub.org.au is available @ $34.96AU for 2 years min.

[3] I suggest using Flexihostings an Australian firm [Melbourne] for our Hosting,   http://www.flexihostings.net.au , they have free hosting for non profit sites, they need to be contacted by you to ask them for a free non-profit site hosting. [ no ads by them on your site. ] they only require a small link at bottom of home page.

[4] I will need clubs email address, phone number, fax number, postal address. for site.

[5] I will need the names of all members and those who wish to participate for Members portfolios will need to send me photos to be no larger than 800px wide X 800px high in size. Send to jeffjgale@gmail.com with their name, email address and Phone number with a Subject line of "DCC Members Photos".

[6] I will need a copy of the club rules and also the club Incorporation No.

[7] I will also need a copy of any forms that the club uses.

Note:  ALL the above needs to be completed and passed on to me ASAP.

Once you have the Web Hosting, Flexihostingy will give a User Name and Password for FTP [file transfer] by email that I will need to  be able to set up the site on Flexihosting.
